Responsibilities

  • Providing consultation on Commonwealth’s existing marketing resources and assisting our community of advisors in finding the right pieces to complement their marketing strategy, their brand, and their communication objectives

  • Actively participating in the development of new client-facing collateral for our advisors, assisting in idea generation and content creation, and maintaining ongoing communication with our field force

  • Overseeing select advisor marketing projects and ensuring that materials are delivered correctly and on time

  • Crafting client-friendly communications about potentially complex financial topics

Qualifications

  • College degree

  • 1–3 years of work experience in marketing; financial services experience a plus

  • Knowledge of social media platforms and strategy

  • Strong writing ability

  • Project management experience

  • Experience with Constant Contact a plus

  • Impeccable organization and attention to detail

  • Great interpersonal skills; able to maintain an upbeat, can-do attitude

  • Ability to work independently and adapt to an ever-changing environment
