About the Opportunity

Our Licensing team is the strong, steady force responsible for maintaining all securities and insurance licensing information for our advisors, as well as for our home office staff. Our 12-person team is a blend of deep tenure and newer recruits. We’re driven by following policies, procedures, and regulations to a T—all the while providing Commonwealth’s signature level of indispensable service.
 
The nature of our business calls for each and every one of us to be adept multitaskers—and to pay close attention to all the details. This refined skill set is our bedrock. Together, we keep things humming along.

Responsibilities

  • Working directly with Commonwealth’s advisors and their staff, assisting in maintaining appropriate demographic information and securities registrations
  • Answering phone calls and questions from advisors and their staff, providing indispensable service at every touchpoint
  • Updating licensing information in our back-office system
  • Contacting insurance companies regarding insurance appointments
  • Working on special projects as assigned
