About the Opportunity

Our 19-person Human Resources department is looking to bring on a star administrator, reporting to the manager of payroll and benefits. If you think you have what it takes to master this important behind-the-scenes work, then let’s introduce ourselves.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing offer letter packets for new hires
  • Entering background checks
  • Updating our new hire spreadsheets and systems
  • Requesting, preparing, and tracking new employee biographies for our intranet
  • Scanning, filing, and shredding documents
  • Managing our in-house employee recognition program
  • Tracking and ordering milestone anniversary gifts for employees
  • Supporting employees during life challenges (arranging for meals, ordering flowers, etc.)
  • Supporting the administrative needs of the firm’s various giving back initiatives

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and double checks own work
  • Quick to learn new systems and processes
  • Strong organization and follow-through skills
  • Solid understanding of the firm’s vision, mission, and Anything but Common culture
  • Sense of ownership and accountability
  • Utmost concern for confidentiality


Please note: This is a part-time position, working 25–30 hours per week. The days and times you would work are negotiable.
