    About the Opportunity

    Within our Operations division sits a three-person team that serves as a liaison to our Technology department. As this team’s manager, your role would be to ensure that the vision and strategy for every operations IT product or enhancement result in a delivery that both meets regulatory requirements and creates the efficiency gains sought by our customers.
    With two operations IT product associates under your guidance and mentorship, your days would have you working closely with operations Scrum teams and business units. You will be providing leadership, guidance, and feedback to the product owners within Operations who are responsible for the delivery of the technologies used by our advisors, their support staff, and our in-house employees. If you think you have what it takes—including the industry experience, leadership, and negotiation skills—then let’s introduce ourselves.


    • Working with business and IT stakeholders to understand the scope, objectives, and desired timeline for delivery of new technology products and enhancements
    • Presenting the strategic road maps and timelines for project delivery to senior management
    • Overseeing the professional development of two operations IT product associates and serving as their manager, coach, and mentor
    • Identifying and removing key obstacles affecting your product owners’ and IT Scrum team’s success


    • 5 years of experience in the financial services industry; prior project management experience preferred
    • Strong leadership and organization skills
    • 3 years of managerial experience, including overseeing a cross-functional team
    • Experience in working in an Agile environment—from both a business and technical perspective—preferred
    • Ability to work on multiple projects and programs at the same time
    • Excellent negotiation skills
    • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
