    About the Opportunity

Want to work with a fun, outgoing, and supportive group of people? That describes our Field Development team to a T—and we hope it describes you, too. Day in and day out, this eight-person group strives to bring the best advisors in the industry into the Commonwealth fold—and they are looking for a detail-oriented associate to support these efforts.

You’ll get to help our field development consultants create, plan, and execute the ultimate first impression by crafting unforgettable home office experiences for prospective advisors. These visits play a key role in our advisors’ decision to join Commonwealth. Attention to detail and excellent customer service skills are a must.

If you think you have what it takes, like to plan and organize travel, and thrive on offering a top-notch hospitality experience, then let’s introduce ourselves.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinating the logistics for prospective advisor visits to the home office (scheduling meetings, making travel and hotel arrangements, organizing meals, arranging for visit gifts, handling setups, etc.)
    • Using our client relationship management (CRM) system on a daily basis to manage prospective advisor information, track mailings, schedule visits, and handle other tasks
    • Researching and evaluating viable prospective advisor leads for our field development consultants to contact
    • Reviewing and processing all incoming licensing files from start to finish
    • Distributing marketing kits to prospective advisors
    • Maintaining up-to-date marketing materials for prospective advisor visits
    • Serving as a resource for incoming calls from prospective and transitioning advisors
    • Getting involved in departmental projects, as well as updating procedures and workflows, as needed

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of professional work experience
    • Superb attention to detail
    • Strong technical skills in Excel, Word, and database tools
    • Team player
    • Expert ability to multitask and meet deadlines
    • Excellent customer service skills—in writing, in person, and on the phone
