    About the Opportunity

    Are you a tech-savvy financial services marketer who is driven to create and deliver marketing collateral of the highest caliber? If so, our Marketing department is looking for someone like you to facilitate the production process and to be an integral member of a team that supports Commonwealth’s network of financial advisors and internal business partners.
    As a marketing associate, you will assist the Marketing Management team by coordinating the production of client-facing materials and facilitating the review and distribution process, while ensuring that all deliverables are engaging, consistent with our brand guidelines, and strategically executed.     • Implementing marketing strategies and plans for Commonwealth’s advisors and internal departments, such as our Wealth Management business unit
    • Working closely with the Marketing, Editorial, and Creative teams to develop and execute customized marketing plans and solutions
    • Leveraging digital capabilities to automate marketing reports and improve efficiency
    • Coordinating the successful completion of assigned projects to ensure that appropriate approvals are received and deadlines are met in a dynamic environment
    • Acting as a champion for both internal departments and the Marketing team
    • Writing blog posts and articles


    • College degree, as well as 2+ years of business experience in financial services
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a history of providing indispensable service
    • Experience with publishing technology solutions, such as EasyCatalog, preferred
    • Strong project management and organizational skills
    • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
    • Proven success in meeting deadlines while working cross-functionally within an organization
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Knowledge of e-mail marketing a plus (Constant Contact)
