    About the Opportunity

    The Service Center is responsible for all incoming calls for the Account Services departments, which include, but are not limited to, PPS Custom, Transfer of Assets, New Accounts, Retirement, Cashiering, Trade Services, and Direct Investments. As an intern, your primary assignment will be to create and maintain the training schedule for this fast-paced team. In addition, you will be working with a team of supervisors to run reports.

    Responsibilities

    • Scheduling for team training programs, including booking rooms for in-class training and scheduling out-of-class training meetings
    • Assisting with the ongoing maintenance and scheduling of the team’s e-mail processing rotation
    • Maintaining and updating the team’s specialist tracking spreadsheet
    • Assisting our supervisory group with reporting functions
    • Helping with ad-hoc projects as needed

    • Able to manage multiple tasks at the same time
    • Ability to communicate effectively and clearly across multiple channels
    • Patience with repetitive work and ability to follow direction
    • Outgoing and focused

     
    Please note: This is a part-time position working 10–15 hours per week during the fall semester.
