    Responsibilities

    • Serving as the primary HR partner to a group of business units, providing our signature high-touch, indispensable support to team members at all levels
    • Leading frontline and midlevel managers in the execution of key HR processes, providing operational and consultative support on a daily basis
    • Coaching and providing feedback to managers and employees regarding performance management; recommending trainings and implementing strategies for maintaining a positive and productive work environment
    • Working closely with our recruiting team to help identify candidates and make the best hire for the business units you support
    • Gathering and preparing data for our monthly compensation review process
    • Partnering with senior leadership, managers, and HR to develop and implement change initiatives to support the business
    • Initiating and/or leading various HR projects to support the business and our workforce

    Qualifications

    • At least 5 years of experience in an HR generalist/business partner role
    • Advanced knowledge of HR policies and processes
    • Excellent verbal, listening, writing, and presentation skills
    • Effective interpersonal, motivational, and influencing skills
    • Strong ability to think strategically, work collaboratively, and act independently
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Aptitude to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize requests, while maintaining strong attention to detail
    • Unwavering ability to establish trust and maintain confidentiality
