    About the Opportunity

    Do you have marketing experience in either the financial services industry or in an agency setting—and a passion to grow more as a savvy marketer? Is your writing strong and polished?
    Our Advisor Marketing group is looking for an enthusiastic self-starter to help our field force of financial advisors grow their business. A drive to provide indispensable customer service is a must. If you think you have what it takes, let’s introduce ourselves.


    • Developing unique marketing strategies tailored to our financial advisors’ businesses
    • Writing comprehensive creative briefs that inform and guide the work of creative writers and designers
    • Guiding our community of advisors in using Commonwealth’s marketing resources to complement their marketing strategy, their brand, and their communication objectives
    • Managing projects from strategy to execution, and meeting each milestone 
    • Juggling numerous projects of various size and scope
    • Providing backup support to management
    • Writing content for Commonwealth advisor-oriented publications and blogs on marketing topics of interest to advisors
    • Keeping abreast of relevant industry trends and striving to learn more


    • Superior attention to detail
    • Proven effectiveness in a client-driven environment
    • 5+ years of marketing and financial service industry experience
    • Experience in client account management and project management with a creative agency (in-house or third-party vendor)
    • Commitment to providing indispensable customer service

    • Strategic thinker with first-rate problem-solving ability
    • Patient and supportive attitude
    • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
