Working side-by-side with the managing principal of human resources, you will have a hand in all functional, cultural, business, and organizational responsibilities and initiatives. Human Resources is a bicoastal team of 18, supporting a firm of nearly 1,000 professionals in financial services, technology, operations, and more. Your leadership ability and HR expertise, coupled with your confidence and credibility, will move us all forward.
