Working in our Service Center means that you will be trained from top to bottom on a wide variety of topics, giving you incredible industry experience and exposure. We are an elite 50-person bicoastal team of talented, driven, and fun people who collaborate to succeed in our goals. As one of us, you will be the first point of contact for our financial advisors and their staff. You will assist with their day-to-day operations, from resolving problems to providing guidance on our systems and resources.
The Service Center Academy is our bold training program designed to help us recruit the best and the brightest recent college graduates or those who are new to financial services to join our team. Selected candidates will come on board in June to begin a six- to eight-month training program. The training covers an extensive range of operational processes and procedures, financial services basics, our indispensable service mantra, and a primer on effective communications, as well as an in-depth exposure to our Anything but Common® culture and community.
