    Our Document Services team handles all the paperwork Commonwealth receives and, in doing so, generates the workflow for the company. You are guaranteed variety in your workday as you rotate through the different steps of the imaging process daily. There are 16 people on the team, more than half of whom have been with Commonwealth for more than 5 years. This position will give you the opportunity to work with a terrific group of people that support each other to get the job done right.


    Key responsibilities 

    • Prepping, scanning, and indexing most of Commonwealth’s incoming mail
    • Ensuring the quality of all images
    • Assisting in the implementation of workflow changes
    • Taking on additional responsibilities as needed

    Please Note: This is a full-time position, working 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
