    Do you have a few years of financial services industry experience under your belt? Are your client service skills top notch? If so, this investment associate position on our Retirement Consulting Services (RCS) team might be the opportunity you are looking for.

     

    On a day-to-day basis, our 16-person RCS team provides advanced technical, marketing, and product-based support, as well as legislative updates, to help our advisors service and grow their retirement business. Within RCS, you would be part of a four-person investment team, working behind the scenes to help administer our Retirement Plan Investment Platform and on the front lines, providing training and support to Commonwealth advisors. You would also have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of new investment services for Commonwealth’s retirement plan business. A strong work ethic and a team-player mind-set are key to your success here.

     

    Key responsibilities 

    • Aiding in the administration of Commonwealth’s Retirement Plan Investment Platform and providing support and training to advisors on third-party investment monitoring tools, as well as on our own recommended investment list
    • Becoming a subject-matter expert on investment oversight procedures, including investment research, investment monitoring, and investment policy design
    • Sharing this knowledge and expertise with Commonwealth advisors who desire assistance
    • Supporting the development and implementation of new investment services for Commonwealth’s retirement plan business; seizing growth opportunities as they arise

    • Intermediate-level experience with Microsoft Excel
