HR continues to play a key role in that growth and is committed to being high-touch, highly involved partners and strategists with all of our business units. If you are a collaborative, self-motivated, and well-rounded HR professional, with a natural instinct for developing and fostering client relationships, let us hear from you.

    • Partnering with senior leadership, managers, and HR to develop and implement change initiatives to support the business
    • Initiating and leading various HR projects to support the business and our workforce

    • Coaching managers on holding productive performance review and touch-base meetings
    • Co-leading monthly supervisor roundtables and focus groups

    Core strengths

    • 3+ years of experience in an HR generalist role
    • Excellent verbal, listening, written communication, and presentation skills
    • Ability to think strategically; excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize requests, while maintaining strong attention to detail
