    With 15+ years of progressive HR experience, you’ve honed your unassailable judgment and expertise in management, leadership, compensation and benefits, performance management, HRIS, learning and development, and corporate communications.     Working with the managing principal of human resources and her senior managers, you will have a hand in all functional, cultural, business, and organizational responsibilities and initiatives. Together, you will evaluate current and implement new, innovative, people-centric practices to attract, retain, reward, and motivate outstanding talent.


    Human Resources is a bicoastal team of 20, supporting a firm of nearly 800 professionals in financial services, technology, operations, and more. Your leadership ability and HR expertise, coupled with your confidence and credibility, will move us all forward.


    Key responsibilities

    • Providing thought leadership on the development of current, proactive, and sustainable compensation and total reward programs; acting as the firm’s leader of Total Rewards
    • Offering, supporting, and driving creative ideas and methodologies to foster better communication, collaboration, and connection firm-wide
    • Leading the implementation of a new HRIS solution for the firm
    • Leading the HR support for the West Coast operations (150 employees), while working with an HR business partner to ensure high-quality service and continuing development and management of people and talent initiatives
    • Ensuring that the HR department talent is evolving to meet the changing needs of the organization
    • Championing the firm’s mission and five core values: indispensable service, financial strength, individual development, giving back, and fun
