    Everything speaks! We are looking to add a top-notch associate to our team—someone who possesses above-average attention to detail and who embodies indispensable service. The Transition team supports new advisors and their staff during a pivotal time as they move their financial practice to Commonwealth. In this mostly behind-the-scenes role, you will be a key player in supporting offices by facilitating the movement of their client accounts.

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Supporting both transition consultants and transition operations specialists with administrative and operational tasks
    • Reviewing physical and electronic new account forms for accuracy and completeness 
    • Conducting training calls with advisors and their staff 
    • Remotely installing third-party software on advisors’ workstations
    • Managing and updating department workflows and resources on SharePoint 
    • Resolving NIGO (not in good order) cases for processing
