  • Overview

    We are looking for a UI/UX designer who is passionate about user-centered design and creating exceptional digital experiences. You will help set the tone for amazing web, mobile, and application designs. You will participate in all stages of creating the best possible user experience including user research, customer journey mapping, prototyping, interaction design, design research, testing, and analysis. You will work closely with other designers and business stakeholders to guide product development.


     Key responsibilities 

    • Design engaging and intuitive user experiences that address users’ problems and barriers
    • Collaborate with team members to create digital interactions that are strategic, innovative, and deliver an optimal user experience to application and web design.
    • Communicate UX/UI strategy by creating information architecture, sitemaps, wireframes, user flows, and prototypes through to final visual designs.
    • Conduct design research activities resulting in valuable customer and business insights
    • Effectively create pixel-perfect UI and design systems for a variety of screen sizes
    • Deliver strong UX/UI strategy by collaborating with other teams on a common vision and staying current on digital design trends, methods and best practices.

    Core strengths 

    • 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer with proven expertise in UI and human-centered design, interaction design , and UX methods, tools and best practices
    • Experience in agile UX methodologies, Lean UX, Agile design methods (scrum a plus)
    • Understanding theory and constraints of modern CSS and Javascript frameworks (e.g., jQuery, Angular5, React)
    • Comfortable using prototyping applications to create click-through and high-fidelity interactive application prototypes (inVision,
    • Experienced in creating pixel-perfect designs for a variety of screens
    • Experienced in conducting usability testing and research, incorporating data-driven insights and user feedback into the prototypes and designs
    • Highly proficient with of one or more wireframing, prototyping tools (e.g. Axure, InVision, and/or Sketch)
    • Experience with visual design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite)
    • Adaptable, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
    • Effective communicator: an excellent listener, speaker, and writer
    • Self-starter who is strategic, thoughtful, and passionate about his or her work
