    Are you an adept multitasker who takes pride in providing indispensable customer service? Our Licensing team is looking for someone who pay close attention to all the details while handling multiple projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

     

    Our Licensing team is the strong, steady force responsible for maintaining all securities and insurance licensing information for our advisors, as well as for our home office staff. Our 11-person team is a blend of deep tenure and newer recruits. We’re driven by following policies, procedures, and regulations to a T—all the while providing Commonwealth’s signature level of indispensable service.

     

    Key responsibilities 

    • Working directly with Commonwealth’s advisors, handling securities and insurance licensing
    • Answering phone calls, emails, and questions from advisors, providing indispensable customer service at every touchpoint
    • Updating licensing information in our back-office system
    • Contacting insurance companies regarding appointments
    • Working on special projects as assigned
