    Are you knowledgeable about performance calculations? As dedicated as it gets when it comes to accuracy, details, logical decision making, and providing indispensable service? Our 14-person Data Integrity team is looking to bring on an investment reporting and performance analyst with these strengths and more.

     

    This opportunity will have you researching and verifying performance returns, working with and educating advisors about reporting functionality, assisting with the collection of advisor feedback, and working with our Development team to test new performance calculations. As a member of Data Integrity, you will act as a lifeline for the Advisor360° performance reporting systems (Client360°®, Practice360°®, and Investor360°®) and reporting.

     

    Our goal is to give our advisors all the reporting tools they need to illustrate how they are helping their clients achieve their investing goals. The work we do is both dynamic and satisfying. Every day offers something new!

     

    Key responsibilities 

    • Monitoring performance in the Advisor360° platform to proactively identify and reconcile issues with performance calculations
    • Fielding questions from advisors regarding how performance returns are calculated; reviewing returns, upon request, to ensure accuracy
    • Analyzing group-level, account-level, and security-level performance returns to make sure these returns are reasonable and appropriate
    • Answering advisor inquiries related to client household-level and practice-level reports, while suggesting tools and reports advisors can use in client meetings and when making investment decisions
    • Collaborating with Advisor360° team members to test how changes to reports and performance will impact how performance returns are displayed in Client360° and Practice360°
    • Participating in the quarterly statement process during the first week of each quarter

    Core strengths 

    • 2–3 years of relevant industry experience
    • Knowledge of investment-related reports and investment report calculations
    • Experience with performance calculations and performance analysis
    • Progress toward the CFA® charter preferred
    • A strong commitment to accuracy, details, and logical decision making
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
    • Dedication to providing indispensable customer service
    • Equally comfortable working independently, as well as collaboratively
    • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • Proficient with Excel
    • Knowledge of SQL and prior experience with portfolio accounting and performance applications is a plus
    • Experience with Bloomberg is a plus
