Reporting to the managing principal of human resources, you will serve as the diversity and inclusion leader, champion, change agent, and expert across Commonwealth. Your primary objective will be to build partnerships and relationships to influence and manage change in support of diversity and inclusion throughout Commonwealth. Secondly, you will also create diversity and inclusion initiatives across our growing organization. These initiatives will engage and impact each one of our employees. We want everyone in the Commonwealth community to bring his or her unique background and perspective to the table. The successful candidate will be a leader with who has experience and success to function as an advocate and confidant to our leadership and employees at all levels.
