    Are you detail-oriented? Like variety in your workday? Interested in learning about nearly every department in our dynamic financial services company?


    Our 16-person Document Services team handles all of the paperwork Commonwealth receives and, in doing so, generates the workflow for the company. You are guaranteed variety in your workday as you rotate through the different steps of the imaging process daily. This position will give you the opportunity to work with a terrific group of people who support each other in order to get the job done right.


    Key responsibilities 

    • Preparing, scanning, and indexing all forms received
    • Supporting internal departments’ imaging needs
    • Executing document storage and shredding protocols
    • Monitoring electronic submissions and providing feedback to advisors
    • Contributing to department growth

    Core strengths 

    • Very strong computer skills
    • Previous experience in an administrative or other office-based role
    • Typing proficiency
    • A self-directed multitasker
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Outgoing and friendly demeanor
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Desire to learn and excel in this position
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment 

    This is a full-time position, working 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
