    Are you a solution-oriented team player who is also strategic, thoughtful, and passionate about your work? Commonwealth’s Marketing department is looking to bring an energetic and reliable team lead on board to serve as the point of entry for advisors marketing requests. By providing general guidance and consultation, you will be the point of contact for advisor marketing request. Additionally, you will be working with Commonwealth’s financial advisors—who are the nicest and among the most successful in the industry.

     

    Reporting to the manager of advisor marketing, this position requires a general knowledge of digital marketing best practices and strong project management—not to mention excellent communication skills. Our ideal candidate will have a has a superior commitment to customer satisfaction and an innate ability to problem solve.

     

    Key responsibilities:

    • Responding to advisor inquires and requests via email and phone
    • Facilitating the management of advisor requests by performing upfront consultation and coordination with team members
    • Understanding digital and print marketing un order to translate advisors’ goals into solutions
    • Working closely with internal marketing groups to execute advisor requests
    • Managing project timelines to ensure quality and timeliness
    • Crafting client-friendly communications
    • Escalating advisor requests that are out of scope and requiring senior management’s attention
    • Coordinating the successful completion of assigned projects in a dynamic environment

    • Meticulous attention to detail, while also seeing the big picture
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) technologies
    • Experience in meeting and exceeding customers’ expectations
    • Commitment to providing indispensable customer service

    Additional skills and knowledge

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline
    • 5 years of experience in marketing communications or client services at an agency
    • Experience with digital and print marketing solutions
    • Familiarity with Agile development philosophy and methodologies is a plus
