    Are you eager to gain experience in the financial services world? Are your customer service skills top-notch? If so, this investment associate position on our Retirement Consulting Services (RCS) team might be the opportunity you are looking for.


    Each day, our 16-person RCS team provides advanced technical, marketing, and product-based support, as well as legislative updates, to help our advisors service and grow their retirement business. Within RCS, you would be part of a four-person investment team, working behind the scenes to help administer our retirement plan investment platform and on the front lines providing training and support to Commonwealth advisors. You would also have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of new investment services for Commonwealth’s retirement plan business.


    Key responsibilities 

    • Aiding in the administration of Commonwealth’s retirement plan investment platform and providing support and training to advisors on third-party investment monitoring tools, as well as on our own recommended investment list
    • Becoming a subject-matter expert on investment oversight procedures, including investment research, investment monitoring, and investment policy design
    • Sharing this knowledge and expertise with Commonwealth advisors
    • Supporting the development and implementation of new investment services for Commonwealth’s retirement plan business and seizing growth opportunities as they arise

    Additional skills and knowledge

    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • Intermediate-level experience with Microsoft Excel
