As research and insights manager, you will lead with curiosity to create and administer research projects to help us reach our company branding goals. You will analyze the insights and communicate to key stakeholders.


Key responsibilities 

  • Establishing appropriate methodologies and processes for consumer research projects; serving as our in-house expert on research best practices
  • Working with Marketing partners to design and execute research projects
  • Conducting in-depth analyses of qualitative and quantitative results to uncover actionable insights
  • Crafting creative, clear, and concise stories; elevating findings into insightful reports that bring the voice of the customer to life
  • Facilitating journey mapping sessions with User Experience colleagues; conducting follow-up analysis and providing recommendations
  • Collaborating with colleagues focused on data analysis to translate outcomes into meaningful ways to optimize our advisor experiences
  • Managing internal and external resources to successfully deliver on research projects

Additional skills and knowledge

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer experience or data insights and analytics role
  • 5+ years of experience conducting primary customer and market research
  • Experience in designing and executing quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
  • Experience with Qualtrics, SQL, and Excel data modeling and visualization
  • Education in statistics, psychology, sociology, or data science preferred
