That describes our Field Development team to a T—and we hope it describes you, too. Each day, our eight-person group strives to bring the best advisors in the industry into the Commonwealth fold—and we are looking for a detail-oriented associate to support these efforts.


As an operations associate, you’ll use your attention to detail and excellent customer service skills to help our field development consultants create, plan, and execute the ultimate first impression by crafting unforgettable home office experiences for prospective advisors. These visits play a key role in an advisors’ decision to join Commonwealth.


Key responsibilities

  • Coordinating the logistics for prospective advisor visits to the home office (e.g., scheduling meetings, making travel and hotel arrangements, organizing meals, arranging for visit gifts, handling setups)
  • Using our client relationship management (CRM) system on a daily basis to perform tasks that include managing prospective advisor information, tracking mailings, and scheduling visits
  • Reviewing and processing all incoming advisor and staff affiliation kits from start to finish
  • Serving as the primary contact for all questions regarding affiliation kits
  • Distributing marketing kits to prospective advisors
  • Maintaining up-to-date marketing materials for prospective advisor visits
  • Managing and leading department projects; updating procedures and workflows as needed
