Do you have a passion for improving technological road maps? Are you someone who craves results and adapts positively to change? As a project execution lead, you will join our expanding and innovative Advisor Technology Solutions team to help drive the success of our technology platform. You will act as primary liaison between our internal product and service teams and our technology partners to coordinate, facilitate, and execute the successful delivery of program objectives, ensuring alignment with our technology protocols. You will collaborate with key internal stakeholders and function as a project manager to ensure that workflow is timely and efficient, from inception to completion.


Key Responsibilities 

  • Establishing and facilitating optimal levels of communication between all stakeholders, including marketing, technology support, training, project management, and core business areas to ensure timely decision-making and transparency
  • Engaging with our technology partners to facilitate and cultivate strong partnerships that produce quality experiences
  • Working with our partner’s project management and production engineering teams to ensure timely alignment and execution of incident management, service and operational tasks, and milestones while reviewing activity and identifying areas of process improvement
  • Using data to track key project performance indicators, identifying trends, and ensuring that projects and programs align to company priorities
  • Overseeing release dependencies and managing plans to accomplish this
  • Communicating with internal single points of contact as well as the IT HelpDesk regarding project timeline and dependency changes while tracking progress, providing transparency, reviewing project tasks, and acting as the accountable party to milestones, timelines, and outcomes
  • Conducting periodic status meetings with internal stakeholders and leadership
  • Communicating project and work status, issues, and risks to appropriate stakeholders while reviewing project activity and recommending improvements as required
  • Establishing clear ownership for project tasks and ensuring that stakeholders have the tools they need
  • Working with the program manager within the Advisor Technology Solutions team to establish consistent processes and policies and track all service, operational, and projects tasks within the platform
  • Recommending and/or leading new processes where needed to improve quality or on-time delivery

  • Continuous learner who adapts quickly to changing circumstances
  • Strong problem-solving, issue resolution, and program coordination skills

Additional Skills and Knowledge 

  • Bachelor’s degree related to information technology required
  • At least 3 years’ experience coordinating and supporting IT business processes and projects
  • Financial or similar industry experience required
  • Knowledge of incident management and program tracking software (e.g., ServiceNow and Jira) a plus
