As an operations associate, you’ll use your attention to detail and excellent customer service skills to help our field development consultants create, plan, and execute the ultimate first impression. This includes crafting an unforgettable experience throughout the recruitment process—from the very first conversation to the home office visit—which plays a key role in a prospective advisor’s decision to join Commonwealth.
