Overview

Are you a forward-thinking, self-motivated marketer with in-depth industry knowledge and extensive experience in designing content-driven lead generation and customer acquisition strategies? As our vice president of growth and acquisition marketing, you will develop effective outreach and conversion plans that maximize growth and engagement with prospective Commonwealth advisors in our target markets.

 

In this highly visible position, you will represent the firm’s Anything but Common® philosophy and our steadfast dedication to indispensability to align demand generation and acquisition goals with integrated campaign strategies. Your expertise will help us build brand awareness, increase our prospective advisor pipeline, cultivate qualified leads, and deliver effective prospect conversions.

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Driving new business with effective content strategies that cultivate, engage, and manage our target funnel of prospective new advisors
  • Applying a forward-thinking approach to recruit advisors from all firms and areas of desired firm growth
  • Developing, innovating, and managing the firm’s inbound and outbound prospecting efforts across key audiences
  • Partnering across sales and recruiting to create the right touchpoints and interactions; ensuring that advisor prospects are engaged throughout the prospect journey
  • Evaluating existing prospect acquisition and conversion efforts to identify new opportunities for increased engagement
  • Offering new approaches and execution strategies for enhanced experiences; differentiating our brand and attracting, engaging, and retaining advisors
  • Partnering with content marketing leaders to plan and improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and ROI of acquisition plans
  • Sharing insights and knowledge gained across the recruiting team to strengthen our efforts
  • Supporting aggressive growth target by increasing pipelines for prospects and qualified leads
  • Representing our team in cross-departmental leadership planning projects

Additional Skills and Knowledge 

  • 10+ years of experience in growth-oriented marketing role
  • Experience integrating strategy with CRM software and marketing automation tools
  • Demonstrated success devising strategies and content to lead a team; increasing pipeline through effective funnel management
