We are looking to bring a top-notch associate to our team—someone who delivers results with exemplary attention to detail and who embraces our commitment to providing indispensable service. The Transition team guides and mentors new advisors and their staff as they migrate their financial practices from their previous broker/dealer to Commonwealth. In this behind-the-scenes role, you will be hands-on with all the paperwork required to make each transition a smooth one.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Working closely with transition consultants and operations specialists to facilitate smooth and successful transitions
  • Reviewing incoming client onboarding paperwork for accuracy and completeness
  • Conducting training calls with advisors and their staff
  • Remotely installing third-party software on advisors’ workstations
  • Managing and updating department workflows and resources on SharePoint
  • Assisting with advisor inquiries, researching issues, monitoring case statuses, and mailing marketing materials
  • Contributing to our virtual transition support program by opening accounts and preparing paperwork
  • Supporting the Transition team in other areas when needed
