Our Wealth Management department is seeking a confident candidate who enjoys project coordination and prides themselves on delivering consistent indispensable service to both colleagues and advisors.


As a platform development coordinator on the Wealth Management team, you will work with various members of the Wealth Management team to develop and ensure that initiatives are documented and completed in a timely manner. You will also collaborate with colleagues across the firm on new and existing products, platforms, strategies, projects, and collateral material, all designed to align with Commonwealth’s mission and enhance the advisor-client experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Working closely with various Wealth Management teams to support, collaborate, and coordinate the process for new and existing products, platforms, strategies, updates (web and marketing) and collateral material
  • Coordinating, organizing, maintaining, and reporting on project status
  • Managing daily, monthly, and yearly project logistics and tasks
  • Scheduling meetings; keeping and recording meeting minutes
  • Collecting and analyzing feedback to gauge satisfaction and success
  • Overseeing the forms process for Wealth Management-related initiatives to ensure that they convey a consistent message, are compliant, and accommodate all affiliation types

Core Strengths

  • Capable of communicating and excelling in a collaborative environment
  • Strong writing, verbal, and time management skills
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Word and Excel experience is required)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time

Additional Skills and Knowledge

  • High school diploma or GED required, college degree a plus
  • One year of financial services experience or one year of Commonwealth experience
  • An understanding of the broad spectrum of investment-related products and services, including advisory platforms, asset allocation, mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, and separate accounts
