We’re looking for a project manager to join our ranks. The transitions team is looking for an experienced project manager to join a dynamic, fast-paced team providing high touch service and support to financial advisors in any transition experience within our firm. This candidate will be responsible for working alongside the leadership team to prioritize key projects while maintaining responsibility for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and according to specifications.   The project manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all project requirements, deadlines, and objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation and risk management strategies
  • Leading project teams in executing project plans, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and within budget; monitoring progress and adjust to achieve project goals
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, keeping them informed of project status, milestones, and potential risks. Communicate effectively with leadership, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure current and future projects align with team priorities
  • Coordinating resource allocations, including personnel and technology, to support project activities
  • Managing budgets and expenses to optimize resource utilization and financial goals
  • Implementing quality control measures to ensure that deliverables meet established standards and specifications
  • Conducting regular reviews to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks to minimize their impact to project outcomes; proactively address issues to keep project on track and within scope
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation, including plans, status reports, and meeting minutes; Preparing progress reports and presentations for the leadership team and stakeholders

Core Strengths and Skills

  • 5+ years’ experience with project management (PMP certification a plus)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to anticipate and mitigate project risks
  • Knowledge and experience with agile processes and principles
  • Salesforce experience
