We’re looking for a transformation manager to join our ranks. As transformation manager, you will be providing leadership and guidance to deliver transformative initiatives across the business, working in partnership with business leaders and key stakeholders. You will provide expertise in recommending, influencing, and facilitating organizational, business, and process change throughout the company.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and navigating complex change scenarios by inspiring and motivating teams through transitions, fostering a culture of adaptability, and managing resistance effectively
  • Creating adequate levels of governance (planning, reporting, tracking, and risk management) for effective decision making and value realization
  • Developing and implementing transformation value by translating strategy into tangible actions, identifying areas for improvement and design comprehensive processes to drive business transformation and growth.
  • Leveraging data and analytics to drive transformation initiatives, evaluate and offer solution options and propose thematic broad-scale business challenges to be addressed and improved, backed by insightful analysis.
  • Partnering with business leaders to drive the transformation initiatives with strategic impact and ensuring value is realized

Core Strengths and Skills

  • Experience in driving and delivering strategy and transformation leadership experience in technology, operations, or financial services
  • Proven effective collaborator with high execution quotient, operating in a fast-moving, matrixed, relationship-focused environment; comfortable with ambiguity and evolving strategies
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and summarize data and prepare clear, concise reports
