We’re looking for a consulting fees specialist to join our ranks. The consulting fees specialist will assist with processing, collecting, and reconciling wealth management consulting contracts and fee payments.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing wealth management and retirement plan consulting agreements, and working with Commonwealth advisors and third parties to ensure proper processing of consulting business
  • Providing indispensable customer service via phone and email, and responding to inquiries from advisors and others regarding consulting business
  • Resolving discrepancies in consulting fee payments
  • Backing up our in-house Service Center team by answering questions and resolving escalated issues
  • Working with the Transition team to help new advisors transfer their advisory business to Commonwealth

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Prior financial services experience a plus
