We’re looking for a business analyst to join our ranks to support several enterprise-wide initiatives. This is great opportunity to leverage industry leading data technology platforms to solve some of the complex problems.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support business analysis activities across multiple large and moderately complex projects
  • Gather business requirements through stakeholder & SME interactions and translate them into data and system requirements and user stories for the engineering team
  • Analyze data to identify patterns, anomalies to help stakeholders make informed decisions.
  • Collaborating with cross functional engineering teams to develop project documentation, UI design, and/or other key artifacts required for successfully delivery
  • Work closely with project manager to determine project task estimates, deadlines, and deliverables, simultaneously working on several projects
  • Partner with technology teams to provide data expertise that support creation, development, and testing of Data Services such as API’s, feeds etc.
  • Knowledge of and ability to write SQL queries

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently as well as in large teams
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Visio
  • Ability to learn new applications with a solid understanding of current technology platforms
  • Creative and detail-oriented problem solver with strong organizational and analytical skills

Additional Skills and Knowledge 

  • At least 5 years’ experience in business analysis and Agile requirements definition for IT systems
  • Prior Experience with Data Pipelines, Master Data Management and Data Warehousing tools such as Azure Data Factory, Mulesoft, Fivetran/DBT, Reltio and/or Snowflake a plus
  • Prior experience in building/supporting scalable data services such as API’s
  • Financial services background a plus
  • Project management experience a plus
