We’re looking for a seasoned product marketer to join our ranks. Are you excellent at leading product marketing initiatives and crafting strategies that not only engage but expand our existing customer base? We're looking for a strategic thinker who can partner with product owners to build compelling product messaging, develop comprehensive launch strategies, and build plans to deliver measurable results. This role is ideal for someone who is an expert at driving, creating and implementing integrated marketing strategies that highlight the value of our products to retain and engage our existing customers. You'll work closely with the VP, Product Marketing Strategy & Communications to ensure that all communications align with broader business objectives and marketing goals, expanding beyond content creation to encompass full-scale marketing strategy development and execution.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Create product positioning and messaging frameworks that serve as the foundation of all marketing strategies and plans
  • Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive product marketing strategies that integrate detailed segments, firm profiles, and the various stages of the customer journey to enhance engagement and retention
  • Manage the collaboration between marketing leaders, subject matter experts, and key stakeholders to create and refine product messaging that drives strategic business goals
  • Design cross-functional marketing plans that ensure cohesion and strategic alignment across multiple business units
  • Work closely with creative teams to develop and execute innovative marketing initiatives that bring our product strategies to life
  • Employ data-driven insights to refine and optimize our marketing and communications efforts, aiming to exceed key performance metrics and achieve substantial business impact

Core Strengths and Skills 

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, English, or a related field.  Master’s degree preferred
  • At least 6-8 years of experience in marketing strategy, with a deep focus in product marketing showing a track record of success
  • Understanding of how content drives marketing action
  • Experience working in the finance industry strongly preferred
  • Experience partnering at a senior level on the foundational development of products
  • Ability to drive senior leaders and team members to frame information into marketing strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and serve as a changemaker
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of English language nuances
  • Experienced in leading projects from start to finish, ensuring they are high quality and delivered on time
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to craft product marketing strategies to align with overarching business objectives
  • A creative soul who loves to challenge conventional thinking and excels at storytelling
  • Adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously, with a proven ability to work under pressure
  • Curious about emerging industries and trends, always ready to bring fresh perspectives
  • Proficient in utilizing GA4 or similar data analytics tools
