We’re looking for a new accounts specialization associate to join our ranks in greater Cincinnati, Ohio! Does a fast-paced, highly focused, and process-oriented environment sound like just your thing? Is your attention to detail razor sharp? As a new accounts specialization associate, you will become a subject-matter expert in several specialized functions, including advisor movement, international address policy, and returned mail. You will put your painstaking attention to detail to work while providing top-notch service to our advisors and clients. 

 

Please note: This is a full-time opportunity, working either 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. EST or 10:00 a.m. 7:00 p.m. EST with a 60-minute lunch break.

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Processing a variety of account maintenance functions across specialization areas, such as address updates for returned mail; advisor ID and house account requests for advisor movement; and procedure enforcement of the firm’s international address policy 
  • Managing and troubleshooting issues that arise within the specialization group 
  • Assisting with other specialization-focused workflows and special projects that arise 
  • Acting as a lifeline for our specialization group and the Service Center by responding to some of the more complicated advisor questions 
  • Providing verbal and written instructions to our advisor force, internal departments, and external partners regarding paperwork requirements 
  • Running numerous internal departmental audits to help reduce risk to Commonwealth

  • Ability to meet goals while providing more analytical focus on cases processed 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including phone and email etiquette 
  • Ability to adapt to changing workflows and regulatory requirements 
  • Availability to work overtime when needed
