We’re looking for an advisory support associate to join our ranks. This role is responsible for ensuring that the operational needs of our fee-only and hybrid advisors are taken care of in a timely and accurate manner.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Responding to operational inquiries from affiliated advisor and their staff
  • Supporting existing team members with projects for existing and new advisors
  • Ensuring processing requests submitted for account opening and maintenance, transfer of assets, and money movement are processed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Interacting with service brokerage and sponsor service platforms resolving NIGO items, resolving customer service issues, and submitting processing requests
  • Providing guidance and instruction on the technology tools and business processes
  • Assisting in onboarding of new firms/advisors to the Continuum platform

Core Strengths and Skills

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in the RIA industry is required
  • 2-3 years’ experience preferred
  • Knowledge of RIA custody platforms and popular Fintech applications including portfolio accounting and reporting tools is required 
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail are required
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and move between tasks quickly is required
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required
  • Strong customer service skills and problem-solving skills required
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
  • Series 65 is preferred
