We’re looking for a portfolio trade analyst to join our ranks. PPS Direct is our in-house asset management platform that gives Commonwealth advisors the flexibility to operate virtually any type of fee-based asset management practice. With the increasing demand for the products we support, you will be an integral part of the timely and accurate processing of our PPS business functions. This opportunity would give you responsibility for trading and supporting models offered by the strategists on our PPS platform.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling the daily review and trading of client accounts for additional deposits, withdrawals, and new account deposits
  • Producing a high volume of orders during times of rebalance
  • Establishing accounts and running reports to allow for quarterly review
  • Ensuring that accounts are traded accurately and in line with established guidelines for the respective manager
  • Supporting money managers and acting as a relationship contact for Commonwealth advisors
  • Providing support as part of a phone queue to answer questions related to PPS Direct or PPS Select issues

Core Strengths and Skills

  • Ability to handle pressure and adhere to deadlines
  • Exemplary customer service skills
  • Minimum three to five years of financial services experience
  • FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities registrations
  • Previous model trading experience a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
