Please note: This is a full-time opportunity, working 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST with a 60-minute lunch break.

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Demonstrating professional phone etiquette, active listening, and follow-up abilities to ensure high-quality customer interactions
  • Showing commitment to understanding and addressing the unique needs of customers while aligning with company and IT objectives
  • Providing reliable level 1 support to home office staff, financial advisors, and their teams through live remote desktop sessions, email, and phone communications
  • Handling multiple ServiceNow tickets, prioritizing them effectively to meet deadlines and service level agreements
  • Conducting daily reviews of open tickets, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolutions
  • Maintaining thorough and accurate records of all customer interactions and solutions provided
  • Performing remote configuration of user workstations, including the deployment of security and productivity software
  • Escalating complex issues to level 2 support, providing a comprehensive analysis to facilitate resolution

Core Strengths and Skills 

  • Minimum of 1 year in a technology support role
  • Experienced with Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Office 365 applications, Windows PCs, and macOS
  • Familiarity with the ServiceNow ticketing system or similar platforms. Ability to adapt and respond proactively in a dynamic environment. Foundational software troubleshooting skills, particularly in a Windows environment
  • Eager to collaborate, coordinate, and maintain a positive team environment
  • Ready to embrace new challenges and continuously improve skills
  • Motivated to develop a long-term career with growth opportunities at Commonwealth
