We’re looking for a transition support partner to join our ranks. As a transition support partner, you will be key in creating onboarding successes for new advisors joining Commonwealth. This role directly impacts setting the tone for years to come in an advisor’s partnership with Commonwealth, so your operational expertise and relationship-building will be displayed.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serving as the trainer for new advisors joining Commonwealth, leveraging virtual or in-person meetings to educate and guide through our operational workflows and platforms
  • Using critical thinking skills to analyze an advisor’s book of business and provide optimal client-onboarding strategies
  • Regularly providing updates to transitioning advisors on their transfers and providing timely guidance to resolve problem cases
  • Traveling to new offices to assist in creating office efficiencies and providing hands-on training
  • Maintaining awareness of new, existing, and changing policies and procedures impacting transition
  • Working closely with teammates and other departments to troubleshoot and find solutions to facilitate a smooth and successful transition
